Refund Policy
30-day refund policy (Except for custom neon sign products)
Once this situation happens, contact us at support@liuyanglamps.com first. For any reason, unbroken products can be fully refunded in 30 days from the delivery date. The refund process will begin when we receive the items which are returned.
- Only accept return or refund requests for customized neon sign products if they have quality issues.
Reissued policy
If you find the product is damaged or different from what you have ordered, the accessories are missing after you receive the package, please contact our customer service at support@liuyanglamps.com , and provide the information below:
- Order number
- Clear photos including ①clear outer package(with SKU label) ②outer package with waybill information ③items quantity or damaged stuff photos
- Once the information is confirmed, our support team help arrange the replacement for you.
Most Important: we are not going to arrange the replacement if you fail to provide the information we have requested above.
- The refund will be arranged in 3 working days after we receive the products.
Note
- Returns must have original package
- Returns must have all accessories
- All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
- For warranty claims related to quality, liuyanglamps will refund the full cost of the product.
- Price differences cannot be refunded on any deals
- If the requirements above are not provided, the refund request might be rejected.
Exchange policy (Except for custom neon sign products)
Except for refund or return, we also provide a 30-day exchange policy. If you fully enjoy our products, but you are not 100% satisfied with the item you recently received, the exchange policy allows you to return the items back, then exchange an item of the same value. Same with reissued policy, you need to provide an order ID and ensure all of the items you want exchanging are still in the original package.
